In the shamanic tradition, the universe is often seen as divided into three interconnected worlds: the Lower World, the Middle World, and the Upper World. Each of these worlds offers unique wisdom, guidance, and healing. Let’s explore them in a simple and accessible way, and I’ll share how I use them in my healing practices.

🌱 The Lower World:

Also called the Under World for shamans, is a realm of deep wisdom and ancient knowledge. It’s often associated with nature, ancestral spirits, and power animals. When I journey to the Lower World, I connect with spirit guides and receive insights that help with deep emotional healing and personal transformation.

🌍 The Middle World:

Is the energetic reflection of our physical world. It’s where we experience our daily lives and interact with the spirit of places, plants, and people. In my practice, I work with the Middle World when performing energy cleansings, house clearings, and balancing the flow of energy around us.

☁️ The Upper World:

Is a realm of higher wisdom, divine guidance, and enlightened beings. Here, I connect with spirit teachers and ascended masters who offer clarity, inspiration, and support for life’s bigger questions and spiritual growth.

✨ How I Use These Worlds in My Practice ✨

In my shamanic healing sessions, I travel to these worlds through guided journeys and meditation. By accessing the wisdom of these realms, I help my clients release heavy energies, reconnect with their inner power, and receive guidance for their life path. Each world brings a unique gift of healing and transformation.

Would you like to explore the wisdom of these worlds and experience their healing power? Let’s take this journey together.

💜 With love and light, Carolina
