Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking and cancellation policy: Booking and Cancellation Policy: At Shamanic Healing Journey, I honor the sacred exchange of energy, time, and preparation that each session involves. To ensure a respectful and harmonious experience for both client and practitioner, the following booking and cancellation guidelines apply. Booking an Appointment Appointments can be made via the online booking form, by emailing me at caro.shamanichealingjourney@gmail.com, or by sending a direct message on Instagram or Facebook @chenergyhealer. All bookings must be prepaid to confirm your session. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the slot may be released. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer or cash on the day of the appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance, or a minimum of 24 hours before your session. This allows your spot to be offered to someone else who may be waiting. Emergencies and Special Considerations I understand that life happens and unexpected situations may arise. If something prevents you from attending your session, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate genuine circumstances with compassion. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original time to honor the schedule of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Client Responsibility By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your appointment time and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Missed appointments without sufficient notice are not eligible for refunds or credit. Confidentiality All sessions are held in a sacred and confidential space. Your personal experiences, information, and healing journey are treated with the utmost care, discretion, and respect. Policy Revisions This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in offerings or procedures. The most current version will always be available on my website.
